陈计明（方中信饰）替女朋友霍转红（郑艳丽饰）在郊野庆祝生日，突然有神秘郭洲（钟发饰）自称偷渡犯，要求二人帮忙打电话，二人最后只好答应，郭洲更送予陈计明一块玉牌。就在当晚熟睡之际，陈计明竟梦见偷渡客与老婆被其同党叶太能（林威饰）、曾泉（陈观泰饰）、杨多（成奎安饰）所杀，惊醒之下，郭洲果然出现要求陈计明替其报仇，陈拒绝，惨被郭洲的鬼魂侵入身体。
